The Wood Brothers: Fall 2026 with Amelia Day

As a progressive Americana trio featuring brothers Chris and Oliver Wood, plus percussionist Jano Rix, The Wood Brothers bring a distinctive flair to their union of folk, blues, gospel, and jazz. The band has released a string of acclaimed albums, including 2018’s One Drop of Truth, which earned them a Grammy nomination for Best Americana Album.
While the band’s unpredictability might be part of the listening experience, fans of The Wood Brothers have come to expect a few staples: inventive songwriting, a grounded lyrical wit, and an adventurous sweep of sonic avenues. With an acoustic-driven sound that electrifies, The Wood Brothers’ songs target not only the heart, but the head and hips too.
Chris wood says, “We are one of those bands that isn’t easily categorized. We know what our strengths are, but we can’t help but push the envelope as well. It’s too much fun.”
